After 2 years of surviving on frozen food, Trader Joe's yogurts, pre-made salads and sandwiches, I decided that if I continued that way I would soon be walking around with an empty wallet and no books! (Not to mention a doubled and tripled "freshman 15!") So, lately I've been getting quite creative in this small college kitchen of mine and making some tasty goodies, which I will share with you often.
Here's a little snack idea I came up with that's easy to make, and quite healthy!
Sliced whole wheat bread, Feta cheese, Trader Joe's salami, Sliced heirloom tomatoes, and Cilantro.
